Welcome to the Luxury Aesthetics Institute ("we," "our," "us"). By enrolling in our online course(s), you ("student," "user," "participant") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Enrollment Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register. By enrolling, you affirm that you are legally eligible to enter into this agreement and, where applicable, hold the required credentials or licenses for advanced training (e.g., for laser or clinical tracks).

2. Intellectual Property & Use of Content

All course content—including videos, quizzes, PDFs, workbooks, branding, logos, and trademarks—are the intellectual property of Luxury Aesthetics Institute.
You may not:

• Share, copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce course material

• Use content for commercial training purposes outside of your own learning

• Record or livestream class sessions without written permission

Violations will result in immediate removal without refund and possible legal action.

3. Access Duration

Course access is granted for the duration specified in your enrollment (e.g., 6 months, lifetime, cohort window). You are responsible for completing the course within this period. Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

Payment must be made in full or through an approved payment plan at the time of enrollment.

Refunds:
Due to the digital nature of our training and certification materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided once access to the course has been granted.

5. Certification Requirements

Certificates of Completion or Board-Approved Certificates will be issued only after:

• Completion of all required modules

• Passing required quizzes/exams

• Fulfillment of clinical hours (if applicable)

• Account is in good standing (fully paid)

Completion does not automatically guarantee licensing or credentialing in your state. Students are responsible for understanding and complying with their local board or regulatory agency’s requirements.

6. Technology Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet access, a working computer or mobile device, and access to the Thinkific platform. Technical issues on your part do not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Student Conduct & Removal

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any student who engages in:

• Harassment or bullying of instructors or peers

• Misuse of course content

• Misrepresentation of credentials or course completion

• Chargebacks or payment fraud

Removal for cause will result in loss of access without refund.

8. Disclaimers

This course does not promise income guarantees or employment outcomes. While we offer support and business tools, student success depends on individual effort, local regulations, and business strategy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Luxury Aesthetics Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the course or your inability to complete the course. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.

10. Privacy & Data

Your personal data will be collected and used in accordance with our [Privacy Policy](insert link). We do not sell your information to third parties.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
